Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shipping is always free but there are some instances where we will need to agree on a price for unique orders.  Most beer cap designs are made to order and are fulfilled in the order they are received.  Our lead times vary but are currently averaging around 1-2 weeks. We ship via USPS Priority mail which advertises 2-3 day delivery.  Beer cap designs are shipped in a 20x16x2.5 box.   

We are not responsible for lost/stolen/undelivered packages. USPS insurance is included on all single unit purchases. For info on filing an insurance claim, visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of the re-ship. We will contact the original buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.

If your package has not been received within 2 weeks (USA) of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us at justin@thebeertrade.com.

 

Replacements

As with any shipment, damage can occur in transit. If your beer cap design arrives damaged please email justin@thebeertrade.com and include:

  • pictures of the damage
  • your order number

Our customer service will assess the damage and replace the order based on the photos and description.

It is our practice to inspect each beer cap design that we ship for damage or unsightly flaws.  Defects on the back side that do not compromise the function of the holes or the appearance on the wall are not refundable.

 

Refunds

The Beer Trade hopes you are always 110% satisfied with the products you order.  If you decide that the undamaged beer cap art is not for you...return it no questions asked.

  • Repackage all products in unused condition in original packaging
  • Send it via USPS, UPS or Fedex and email the tracking number to justin@thebeertrade.com.  Send the package to:

Once we receive your merchandise we will start the refund process. If the merchandise arrives to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can initiate a claim with the carrier. All merchandise we receive must be unused, in the original packaging with no outside box markings other than a shipping label. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
